Best Quality Veterinary-Supervised Pet Boarding
Our premium pet boarding is vet-supervised and provides affordable, top-quality accommodation for dogs, cats, birds and small animals. It is available 7-days and we offer flexible drop-off and pick-up times. We understand how important the choice of a boarding facility is when you need to leave your beloved pets in the care of someone else, which is why we welcome inspections. Dog Boarding
We offer a spacious boarding facility for dogs which offers outdoor runs which are insulated against heat and cold. Comfortable beds and warm blankets are provided, and our guests enjoy a super-premium diet and plenty of fresh water. Dogs and cats are housed separately to help them relax, and all of our guests receive plenty of affectionate care and attention.
Cat Boarding
Our feline guests stay in our purpose-built premium cattery. Daily playtime provides important mental stimulation and the opportunity to get some exercise. Playtime is supervised and cats don’t interact with each other. A premium diet is provided, but you are welcome to bring your cat’s favourite in case you have a fussy eater. Lots of company and cuddles are provided by our expert team of carers.
Dog Walking
Dogs love going for walks, and daily exercise is important for their general health and peace of mind. Our highly experienced team offers boarders the option of walks to the local park where they can stretch their legs, feel the grass under their paws, and connect with nature. All dogs remain on-leash, and careful consideration is given to the choice of walking companions if they are accompanied by another dog. It’s a fun, healthy, and social event which our boarding guests always look forward to.
Big Dogs
Whilst the safety and wellbeing of pets in boarding is of utmost importance, we also appreciate how important their comfort is, which is why all accommodation is designed to be comfortable and spacious, especially for big dogs. Accommodation for all boarding guests provides room for them to stretch out, turn around, and stand up fully, no matter what their size.
Cat Condos
Our cat condos have been custom-designed and built with state-of-the-art airconditioning and circulation so that stale air is extracted and replaced with clean, filtered air. This minimises the chances of cats being able smell each other, and maintains a comfortable temperature, which are both important in helping them to enjoy a relaxing stay. Our sophisticated air managment system is also important in infection control.
Safe & Healthy
For the protection of all pets in boarding, all our guests’ flea treatment, worming, and vaccinations must be up to date before they can stay with us. If your pet does not receive its vaccinations at our hospital, we’ll ask you to obtain evidence of their vaccination status from the veterinary hospital they attend. Ideally animals should be desexed – please let us know if your pet is not desexed when you book.
Day Care
Pet owners often find times when they need their pets cared for during the day; Maybe you’re moving home, doing home renovations, or your pets simply need someone to care for them during the day while you’re out. That’s why we offer flexible day care for both dogs and cats. Pets are given their own private accomodation and bedding, just like our boarders who stay overnight.
Boarding Enquiry
To book your pet for boarding, please call us on 9709 6844. School holidays and Christmas are our busiest times and we recommend that you book early if your pet requires boarding at these times.
In order for your booking to be confirmed for boarding over Christmas/New Year we do require a $150 non-refundable deposit and two previous up to date vaccination certificates. Your booking is not confirmed until we receive these items and the clinic confirms the booking with you.
